Practically unlimited database of celestial objects (it currently holds in excess of 61,000 objects in its internal flash memory and in excess of 1.7million objects on a microSD card)
Includes all popular catalogues in its internal flash memory (Messier, Caldwell, Bright Stars, Named stars, NGC, IC, ESO, UGC, etc.)
HYPERLEDA (with all of PGC objects) and full WDS catalogues are stored on microSD card
Supports rotary encoders with up to 999999 steps per revolution
Multi-point telescope pointing analysis system for pointing corrections
Optional add-on WiFi interface (works with SkySafari Plus/Pro on iOS, Android, Mac and other planetarium software)
Supports ServoCAT and SiTech motor controllers
User upgradeable firmware (using a USB memory stick) and catalogues
Users can install additional catalogue on a microSD card
