Hello everyone!
I've read several threads on this forum, and decided to join! I've been engaged in amateur astronomy for almost a year now, and have had my dob since the end of November of 2014. Since that time, I've observed the entire Messier catalog, and am a bit over halfway through the Herschel 400 list. I've discovered that my biggest passion in this hobby is hunting down faint fuzzies. I enjoy star hopping very much. We've been clouded in pretty bad for most of May, and when the clouds haven't covered everything up, the Moon is washing out the contrast. :D
So anyway, I'm glad to be here, and I look forward to contributing as I can, and to learning from more experience deep sky hunters. Cheers!
