Hi folks,
I'm a new member of this forum, so I guess I should introduce myself a little bit. I became aware of this forum during last year's Deep Sky Meeting in southern Germany, which will take place again in a couple of weeks...
I became interested in astronomy when I was 10 years old (now I'm 32). Nowadays, I use a 12-inch Dobsonian to mainly observe deep-sky objects and comets and am especially interested in faint stuff that can barely be seen with this aperture. Probably for most of you guys 12 inch aperture looks like a very small telescope. :-)
I will soon post a question regarding a certain planetary nebula that I was trying to observe.
Clear skies,
Robin
